Private Appointments
Whether you are new to pilates or an advanced body, Pilates Privates give you an hour of undivided attention with the instructor to focus on your exercise goals. Many one-on-one clients come to us with rehabilitation needs to get back on track after a sports injury or to alleviate chronic problems like low back pain.
If you are new to pilates, we recommend starting with several private sessions, then adding group classes with instructor approval.
