Teen Track - Pilates for Teens and Tweens
Welcome teens and tweens, both new to and familiar with pilates – we have designed specific classes specifically for you!
Through our teen program you will experience improved posture, self-awareness, core strength and flexibility – all of which support healthy growth through the teen years. We also offer personalized attention through private pilates lessons if you are trying to improve your performance in specific sport or are recovering from an injury. Teens new to pilates need to call and set up an initial evaluation.
Many of our students are referred by their coaches as cross-training support for their main sport interest, however pilates class can be a place where non-athletic teens get the opportunity to improve body mechanics and feel stronger and more comfortable in their bodies. Our teen pilates program is GREAT for building positive inter-team relations, improved endurance, agility, precision, energy, flexibility and focus. Building confidence in one’s self along the way – something that no one can take away.
